The Dr & staff at Momenta Pain Care were professional, attentive & very sweet. It was a pleasure visiting their office.

I have known Dr Piperis for many years and he's my go to Dr for my pain problems in my neck and back her helps me be able to cope with life without surgery...

I have been seeing Dr Piperis for many of years. I believe I started seeing him in 2010. I have injured my back on the job. He had a nerve blocks for me that worked phenomenally for about 5 years. I ultimately had three back Following that, I truly regret them. Failed back surgeries. I have continued to see him because of my back.. Through the years with my fibromyalgia and migraines, he has been phenomenal. He hires nothing but the best Assistance I must say from the front of the office, Clinical staff and doctors. I often see Dr. Reed. I have been nothing but pleased with her. I must say above and beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend this office. This staff office is professional and highly qualified. I could continue to go on about Kim, Carrie And Morgan. They will take care of any of your needs professional and very caring. Friendly staff. Comfortable environment and my doctor was wonderful and actually explained everything to me.

My care at Momenta is five star and runing. They are always polite and cheerful at registration. The nursing staff are caring professional and they listen to my medical complaints. I believe that this group does everything possible to alleviate pain with so many non narcotic options .. They implanted a spinal stimulator about 10 years ago in my back and it was a big step forward in my back pain journey. Today my pain is only occasionally over a 2-3 on a scale of ten.. When I first began my care with momenta my pain was usually an 8-10. This month they were wonderful. I forgot to schedule my follow up appointment and I couldn’t get my medication refill. With one phone call and a half hour later I was having a Telehealth appointment With Reed. Thank you so very much for being with me all these years. Anyone one with chronic pain would be in great hands with the Moments Pain Care team

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Evans, Nancy and the staff. For historical reference I sought treatment with Dr. Schultz at Regenexx in Bloomfield Colorado in 2012 receiving three Platelet Rich Plasma injections to my spine and remained symptom free for eight years. In 2020 I injured my back during a lifting incident and symptoms returned. In 2023 I really injured my back repeatedly lifting 50 lb bags of wet soil. I was referred to Dr. Evans for a lumbar steroid injection. Following the lumbar epidural steroid injection I was chatting with the staff and noticed a brochure from Regenexx in Colorado. I told Dr. Evans my story. Lo and behold, Dr. Evans was affiliated with Dr. Schultz and he followed Regenexx protocol. My spine degeneration had advanced and there was no guarantee I would enjoy the same level of relief as in 2012. However, Dr. Evans agreed to try and help me once again with Platelet Rich Plasma injections.This time I received eight injections in my spine and SI joint in August 2024. It is the middle of October 2024 and my back pain has resolved. I am going to do my part to strengthen my core, stretch, recondition my upper and lower body and never again lift that kind of weight. By the way, I am 73 yo female, living on an acreage and I am looking for an estate manager.

I have been a patient being seen at Momenta Pain Care many years and have always been extremely pleased with the care that I have received as well as the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My interactions with the staff related to my personal care has been excellent even when there were complications the staff when out of their way to assist me at those times. I am extremely grateful to and for all people who provide for the care of myself and others who are in need of the specialized care that Momenta Pain Care provides care and treatment. Moments Pain Care and the staff demonstrate what should be considered a model as to how to provide care for patients experiencing complex and or chronic pain conditions. As a previous medical professional, I am thankful for the treatment that I have received from the individuals at Momenta Pain Care.

Rated the Best in Omaha for a reason. I have been a patient of Dr Evans for many years and would not go anywhere else. I travel from South Dakota because I trust Dr Evans at Momenta. He is truly invested in providing his patients the best possible care with multiple pain relief options. The Best!

Overall my visit to momentum Pain Care location voice very positive doctor and his staff were were very professional and helpful. I had procedures done on both of my knees and felt much better next day.

Dr Evans has been doing a very good job of helping me with my spinal stenosis and Other lower back issues. I had a very successful laminectomy performed by Dr Bowdino, who Evans referred me to. It has completely eliminated all of my spinal stenosis and sever lower back pain issues. Unfortunately, that "peeled back the onion layers" to reveal significant pain in me left Sacroiliac joint and left knee that I was unable to feel before because of the severity of the pain from the stenosis. I saw Dr Evans for indirections in both of those joints during the same visit a day ago and am already feeling some relief. Dr. Evans is has been very informative about the issues and helpful resolving them. I highly recommend him.

I moved away and miss Dr. Piperis. I received much better care from Dr. Piperis for my Thoracic Outlet Syndrome than I am now getting at Stanford. Dr. Piperis is world class!

Dr.P is the Best!! Always concerned about his patient's and their well-being. He checks all avenues to help with your pain and discomfort. So very thankful for having him as my Chronic pain Dr.

Whether I see Dr Pieperis or Reed Jarecke, I always receive the absolute best care! You never have to wait for what seems like forever at another office. They also both take the time to really listen to what's going on and offer alternative solutions, and talking through the pros and cons of each! There are other doctors close to where I live, but I'd make the drive even if it was 100 miles one way!

I can recomemend Momenta Pain Care, Doctor Piperis, his Medical Assistants and All the Staff to anyone! They are excellent in all they do, and their professionalism, care and compassion is above and beyond! I appreciate you All! 👍

I love this office. From Dr Evans taking such wonderful care of me. He has always taken time to listen and make sure he knows exactly how to treat my pain. He explains what he needs to do...and makes sure I understand it. His whole staff is incredible..they are so sweet. I would recommend Momenta Pain Care to anyone that suffers from chronic pain.

I went to my appointment and left with options. Everything was explained to me in words I understood. My treatment plan was one that gives me hope of a better quality of life. Dr Piper is is very open and informative.

Dr Piperis, Nancy and entire crew were outstanding to deal with from day one. It was obvious they were in it to make me feel better. I had been through several minimally invasive procedures that were ineffective and doctor was starting to talk about cervical surgery and I was not ready for that, without exploring options. A fellow co-worker referred me to Momenta Pain Care after his positive results and I thank the "big guy" for putting this option in front of me. These guys are the best doctors, nurses and staff I have ever had. I am very impressed with them. They go way above and beyond the Call of Duty. And they have helped me for many years. Dr. Piperis and is staff are absolutely phenomenal!! Dr. Piperis has a wonderful bed side maner and his nurse Nancy made me feel so comfortable. I will surely refer anybody I can to their clinic and will contribute go back myself.
